Where elevation occurs & legendary results are found.
One therapist, one patient, a full hour. Cash-based physical therapy, wellness and tennis training with Dr. Danrich Kruger, PT, DPT — treatment built around your goals, not an insurance company's.
Get individualized
care without
distractions.
In most physical therapy and wellness settings, people get overlooked by therapists seeing several patients an hour, handed standardised exercises, and pushed aside so the paperwork gets done.
Legendary Heights is built on one belief: everyone deserves personalised, mindful, comprehensive care. Because of the model, the whole hour goes to you, your voice and your goals.

Dr. Danrich
Kruger, PT, DPT
Originally from South Africa, Danrich came to the United States to play collegiate tennis, earning a bachelor’s in biology and later a doctorate in physical therapy.
His own tennis and cricket injuries are what pushed him into this career, and they are why the emphasis here is on educating and empowering patients rather than simply treating them. He treats athletic injuries across every sport — and anyone else who wants comprehensive care.
Outside the clinic: teaching tennis, golf, and his dogs Legend and Canyon.
What we
treat
Primarily sports conditions across the entire body — injury treatment and prevention, performance optimisation, and comprehensive rehabilitation.

Discuss your specific health goals, talk through your medical history and concerns, get guided through the necessary documentation, and arrive prepared for a productive first evaluation. Free.
Initial comprehensive evaluation — 60 min
A thorough assessment of the affected areas, identifying the root cause rather than the symptom, a personalised treatment strategy, and realistic recovery milestones. Comfortable clothing, athletic wear preferred.
Personalised follow-ups — 45–60 min
Targeted manual therapy, specialised therapeutic exercise, education for self-management, and advanced modalities to support healing. Available in person or virtually.
Hands-on,

Manual therapy
General information about techniques used — not a diagnosis or treatment plan. Which techniques suit you is decided at your evaluation. Dry needling requires a signed consent form.
Friends don't let friends stay in pain
Tell your friends about us — no limit on how many you can refer. Ask them to mention your name at their initial 60-minute evaluation. Once they complete it, you get $50 back as a refund, or $50 off your next session. Processed automatically after their evaluation.
Terms apply. Referral must be a new client and complete their full evaluation to qualify.
Quality over

Legendary Heights is an out-of-network, cash-based practice. Here is the honest comparison.
Typical insurance-based clinic
- Treated alongside several other patients in the same hour
- 10–15 minutes of actual one-to-one time
- Treatment plan shaped by what the insurer will authorise
- Care limited to the one body part on the claim
- More frequent, shorter visits over a longer period
- Surprise bills, hidden fees and claim denials
Legendary Heights
- A licensed physical therapist treating you throughout your care
- Full 45–60 minute one-to-one sessions
- Treatment plan based on your needs and goals
- Assessment of the entire body, not one documented part
- Typically fewer total visits because the care is focused
- Clear pricing, no surprise bills, no authorisations to chase
- More hands-on time with intensive manual techniques
- Options for both pre-habilitation and post-rehabilitation care
On request we provide a superbill you can submit to your insurer for out-of-network reimbursement. Clients file the superbill with their insurance company directly.
Payment is by Venmo, Zelle or cash.

In Texas, direct access allows patients to receive physical therapy and wellness services without an initial referral — but only for approximately two weeks. After that period, a healthcare provider's referral is required.
We can conduct free consultations, initial evaluations and some early sessions without a referral, though most treatment plans extend beyond the direct access period. We will gladly help you obtain the necessary referral so your care continues uninterrupted.
Full pricing is published on this site — see Services & rates. Physical therapy starts at $125 for the initial evaluation, with packages from $85 per session. Wellness programs start at $380, custom programming at $120, and home visits at $180.
Which plan is right depends on what is going on, so if you are unsure, start with the free 15-minute consultation and we will work it out together.

Yes — assessed case by case. Virtual visits are offered where they suit your situation and still deliver the value and care you deserve.
Depending on location, schedule and the case, travel sessions are available so you can be treated in a comfortable environment. Pricing may differ for travel visits.
The fastest route is a secure message on WhatsApp. Text messages are equally convenient, and voice notes or calls work too — if nobody answers, please leave a voicemail.

Yes, and it is worth doing — it means more of your session goes on treatment. Patient forms are under Patient Resources: new patient forms, patient referral note, disclosure form without referral, registration, medical history, dry needling consent, social media release, and consent for treatment without a guardian present.
We can review the paperwork together during your complimentary 15-minute consultation.
Forms
Fill these in before you come and more of your session goes on treatment. Every form can be typed into on a phone or laptop — no printer needed — or printed and completed by hand.
